The following appeals will be heard by the SDAB at a public hearing in the Engineering Traditions Committee Room, Main Floor, City Hall, commencing at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 14, 2002.

CONNAUGHT - 1008 16 Av SW and 1549 9 St SW (RM-7). Addition to existing parking area and signage. Appeal against conditions of approval. SDAB2002-0228

FOREST HEIGHTS - 5124 Forego Av SE (R-1). Home occupation class 2 – furnace cleaning. Appeal against a refusal. SDAB2002-0249

FOREST HEIGHTS - 5124 Forego Av SE (R-1). Notice of Order to cease the use of the property for a home occupation – furnace cleaning and not recommence such use at anytime thereafter. Appeal from an Order. SDAB2002-0250

GLENBROOK - 3121 40 St SW (R-2). Notice of Order to discontinue this use by removing the basement kitchen from the property, including the lower cabinets, countertop and sink and any/all cooking facilities including the microwave oven and the stove and electrical service to it and not recommence such use at anytime thereafter. TUSCANY - 8220 and 8440 Twelve Mile Coulee Rd NW (Plan 8151JK; Blocks 3 & 4)) (R1-A). Subdivision. Appeal against a condition of approval. SDAB2002-0242

VARSITY - 4847 Verona Dr NW (R-1). Notice of Order to remove the basement kitchen from the property, including the lower cabinets, countertop and sink and any/all cooking facilities including the microwave oven and the stove and electrical service to it and not recommence such use at anytime thereafter. Appeal from an Order. SDAB2002-0247
