Traffic Section
Traffic Education Unit
Working with other agencies in Calgary, the Traffic Education Unit offers a variety of programs in the community and throughout the school systems. The unit's officers strive to increase understanding of traffic safety through educational programs and improve attitudes towards traffic safety.
Some of the programs include:
Elementary school programs
- bicycle safety
- pedestrian safety
- in-line skating safety
- skateboard safety
- school patrol programs
