District 3
Community Team Information
District 3 has 4 Community Teams responsible for a specific geographic area of the District. Each Community Team consists of 1 Sergeant, 18 Constables, and 1 Community Liaison Officer.
Community Team 3-1
The geographic area, or zone, that Community Team 3-1 is responsible for encompasses the communities of Upper North Haven, North Haven, Thorncliffe, Skyline, Greenview, Highwood, Highland Park, Greenview Industrial, Cambrian Height, Collingwood, Queens Park Village, Rosemont, Capitol Hill and all of Nose Hill Park. It is the largest Zone in District 3.
Community Team 3-2
The geographic area, or zone, that Community Team 3-2 is responsible for encompasses the communities of Winston Heights, Mountview, Crescent Heights, Renfrew, Bridgeland and Riverside.
Community Team 3-3
The geographic area, or zone, that Community Team 3-3 is responsible for encompasses the communities of Tuxedo Park, Mount Pleasant, Hounsfield Heights, Briar Hill Rosedale, Sunnyside, Hillhurst, part of St. Andrew’s Heights, and the Kensington Business District.
Community Team 3-4
The geographic area, or zone, that Community Team 3-4 is responsible for encompasses the communities of Brentwood, Charleswood, University Heights, Banff Trail, Point McKay, Parkdale, West Hillhurst, and part of St. Andrew’s Heights. Zone 3-4 is also home to the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium, Foothills Hospital, and the new Children’s Hospital.
