             CITYBEAT - CITY OF CALGARY PRESS RELEASE
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7, Elbow Drive
south of Heritage Drive S.W. will be reduced to one in each
direction for roadway repairs.  The lane restrictions are
expected to last until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7.

Motorists are to observe all traffic controls advising of the
lane closures. 

The Transportation Department would like to thank motorists
for their patience and understanding.
