At approximately 12:30 p.m. today, police responded to
reports of a suspicious item in a parking lot in the 5100
block of 20 Avenue S.E.

The CPS Tactical Unit retrieved and removed the object, in
order to fully determine what it is. It is not known at this

time if this is an explosive device.

People are now being allowed back into the area. 

Duty Inspector Kevan Stuart is currently on scene, and will
address the media at 1:45 p.m.
