             CITYBEAT - CITY OF CALGARY PRESS RELEASE
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Calgary - Beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday July 9, 26 Avenue
S.W. will be closed between 69 Street SW and Springborough
Boulevard for utility installations. Traffic will be directed
to use Springborough Boulevard to bypass the construction.
The road closure is expected to last until 6 p.m. on Thursday
July 10. Motorists are to observe all traffic controls
advising of the road closure.

The Transportation Department would like to thank local
businesses and motorists for their patience and
understanding.
