             CITYBEAT - CITY OF CALGARY PRESS RELEASE
-----------------------------------------------------------------

At approximately 23:50, City of Calgary EMS responded with
Calgary Fire Department and Calgary Police Service to Tuscany
Blvd and Stoney Trail NW. Upon arrival Paramedics determined
that a single vehicle heading southbound had been involved in
a rollover. Paramedics determined that they had two occupants
involved in the incident.  

Patient #1 was a male who appeared in his late thirties and
had been ejected from the vehicle. He was in critical, life
threatening condition at the time of transport with serious
pelvis, chest and neck injuries.

Patient #2 was a female in her late teens that suffered minor
injuries and was in stable, non-life threatening condition.

Both Patients were transported to Foothills Trauma Centre in
the care of City of Calgary EMS Paramedics.
